Flight ticket cancellations are strictly governed by airline fare rules and service provider terms under the following conditions:

• Same-Day Travel Flights (Non-refundable): Flight tickets booked for travel on the same day are strictly non-refundable.
• Cancellation on Same Day of Booking: Cancellation on the same day of booking is free, unless travel departure is less than 24 hours away.
• After 24 Hours From Booking (Provider Penalty): For cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours from the time of booking, cancellation fees and penalties apply as determined by the specific airline and service provider.
• Departure Less Than 24 Hours Away: Flight cancellations requested when travel departure is less than 24 hours away are strictly non-refundable.

• 14+ Days Before Departure: Full refund minus administrative processing fees and any non-recoverable supplier charges.
• 7–13 Days Before Departure: Partial refund of up to 70% of total booking value, subject to supplier rules.
• Less Than 7 Days / No-Show: Non-refundable under supplier terms.
