2. Cancellation & Refund Requests
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing via official email or WhatsApp with your booking reference and full customer details.
3. Flight Refund Rules
Same-Day Flights: Flight tickets booked for travel on the same day are strictly non-refundable.
Cancellation on Same Day of Booking: Cancellation on the same day of booking is free, unless travel departure is less than 24 hours away.
After 24 Hours From Booking: Cancellation fees and penalties apply as determined by the specific airline and supplier.
4. Non-Refundable Services
- Government & Embassy Visa Fees: Non-refundable regardless of visa outcome.
- Rendered Consultancy Services: Non-refundable once processing and document checks have commenced.
5. Refund Execution & Timelines
Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days according to bank and payment gateway processing timelines in EGP.
