1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Cairo Hangzhou website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement under Egyptian law.
2. Services Provided
Cairo Hangzhou offers visa consultancy, flight bookings, hotel reservations, and curated packages priced in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
3. Cancellation & Flight Rules
- Same-Day Flights: Flight tickets booked for same-day travel are non-refundable.
- Cancellation on Same Day of Booking: Cancellation on the same day of booking is free, unless travel departure is less than 24 hours away.
- After 24 Hours of Booking: Cancellation charges apply according to the specific service provider's terms.
4. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is solely responsible for providing accurate personal identification, passport details, and travel dates prior to confirmation.
5. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
